Transparency Has To Be A Pillar
Real leadership means serving with an open book. I am committed to restoring accountability through full visibility into every decision that shapes our town's future.

Improving Lives Through Transparency

Public Information & Data Access
I will work so citizens have clear and proactive access to pertinent documents, meeting minutes, public records, and policy proposals. Tools like Freedom of Information (FOI) laws, open data portals, and live-streamed public council meetings ensure that council proceedings and decision-making processes take place in the open rather than behind closed doors.

Oversight, Public Participation & Feedback
These are almost non-existent in our town. We experienced it during the last extraordinary meeting where we were supposed to have a discussion about the findings of the Grand Jury report.

Some council members think the town is their "house", some could not even keep their eyes opened while people spoke to them about their concerns, some of them could not wait for that meting to be over. Some of them feel they are not accountable for their actions, and that they know better than you.

If you honor me with your vote, I will make sure that the town listens to its people, I will fight so we have a town hall and participatory budgeting that allow community members to scrutinize policies, ask questions, and hold leaders accountable for what they do.

Not only for bidding processes within the town and its institutions, not only for the town's hiring efforts, but also for its people. We need to make sure that the town's money is spent wisely, we have to give our residents a better place to live. We have to deliver a town that we can enjoy, a town we feel proud of because we all shaped it and turned it into a reality.Â

Paradise is changing, the composition of its population is not what it was 8 years ago, we have to use our resources to build a Paradise that welcomes us all, while we protect our identity and values.

I think the current composition of our council has failed to meet the transition moment we find ourselves in, mainly because they are out of touch with the community. If you share this idea, please consider giving me the honor of your vote.

TRANSPARENCY
Strengthening Our Participation & Democracy
Transparency is not just a policy—it's the bedrock of a healthy community and democracy. By ensuring that every decision, every dollar, and every town project is open to public scrutiny, we empower Paradise residents to hold their leaders accountable and participate meaningfully in the governance of our town.
